SMART 2D & JIG SYMBOL

· Consists of numerous utilities specialized in jig design, such as Car Line Creator, Auto
Plotter, and 2D Utility

· Powered by Solid Edge API and reflects continuous updates according to design
improvements

· Supports all areas of design, from the start of 3D modeling to 2D draft work and creation
of output required for drawing delivery

Create MCP

· Creates an MCP Coordinate System that can be used in Solid Edge using the MCP coordinate
information verified through construction documents

· Can be created and used in 1D, 2D, and 3D

· Used in Solid Edge Assembly and Part environments

· Check the list of tasks performed with Create MCP in the assembly substructure in the assembly
environment

Car Line Creator

· Create car line with MCP Coordinate System generated using Create MCP and generate
the coordinate information as a plane

· Used only in the Solid Edge Draft environment

Create Parts List

· Parts List creation program developed based on Master List

· Calculate the design details list of the design drawing, the last step in the jig design process

· Output title field and BOM List to draft in a short time using input values

· Reduce Parts List construction and balloon creation work time using standardized unit design

· Automatically calculate the weight of each material on a part sheet and output a list of materials
used

· Reduce 2D design work time and errors with additional design support features

Auto Plotter

· A batch program for converting third-party CAD files and images based on Solid Edge's
conversion function

· Can convert SE Drawing Sheet to PDF, IGS, DXF, DWG, BMP, TIFF, JPG, and EMF

· Can convert SE Model to X_T Parasolid), STEP, CATPART, JT, IGS, Model, BMP, TIFF,
and JPG

· Default conversion engine uses Solid Edge application (Solid Edge installation required)

2D Utilities

· A program designed for efficiency of drawing on 2D Draft

· Improve symbol processing speed and enhance stability

· Eliminate waste repetitive work when creating image to improve productivity

· Use programs registered in the Docking Tab in Solid Edge Draft environment

Export Manager for HMC

· Generate validation and conversion files for uploading data to GETIS

· Extract Parts List information from all acquired drawings

· Generate 3D PDF for each unit and XDF, 2D PDF for each drawing

· Extract material information created in Create Parts List and Dowel and Tap information
generated in 2D Utility

· Convert and generate all 2D drawings in the folder to DXF and PDF without verification
